I visited the clinic a week ago and after looking at my new glasses prescription they wrote out I noticed they got it backwards and they're only in the clinic once a week and they are totally not professional and don't fix their mistakes. If they're was a 0 star rating I would have chosen it.
Dr.Markowitz and her staff were accommodating and helpful and thorough
Dr Alyssa Markowitz provides excellent, professional service in a caring, detailed manner. I'm so glad I made the decision to go to her practice. Her Optician Rebecca Tran is also terrific and ensures my eye care needs are met with patience and a smile! I recommend Dr Markowitz to anyone looking for a top Optometrist.
I feel very grateful to have found Dr. Markowitz and her efficient, welcoming staff who pulled out all the stops to help me deal with an urgent issue only hours before a holiday weekend. An exceptionally positive experience.
