Dr Zablocki has been my physician for over 20 years. He has cared for my husband as well as my mother until she passed away at the age of 90. As a nurse I can tell you the care that Dr Zablocki gives is excellent. He is very thorough, compassionate and takes the the time to answer all your questions. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Doctor Zablocki is the best doctor ever! He has been my doctor for so many years and hes wonderful. I trust my medical care in his hands definitely. And the nurse and the receptionist are perfect
