I want to preface this review with stating that have not had one bad experience with Dr. Monger himself. He is very professional, showed exceptional care and attentiveness to what was important to me and my own personal health. However, I have had nothing but issues when it comes to working with his staff. I am on a particular medication that needs a pre-authorization (PA). When I need to refill this med, I call the office and speak to the office manager. She tells me that she will send it back to the nurses who send the PA.... read more
