He's thorough and I'm really glad that he was highly recommended. Very personable and has a remarkable team.
Do not go to this office. First of all, you will be treated like a criminal if you need a controlled substance prescription. You will have to come in every three months to get a check up before they will give you another three months of medication. It doesn't matter if you've been on the same medication for close to a decade like I have. They will force you to spend hundreds of extra dollars a year on useless check-ups just for them to talk to you for 3-5 min and then write you the script. I want to preface this review with stating that have not had one bad experience with Dr. Monger himself. He is very professional, showed exceptional care and attentiveness to what was important to me and my own personal health. However, I have had nothing but issues when it comes to working with his staff. I am on a particular medication that needs a pre-authorization (PA). When I need to refill this med, I call the office and speak to the office manager. She tells me that she will send it back to the nurses who send the PA.... read more
