I came in to buy my first vehicle and Dodge took such great care of me and made the entire process incredibly smooth. I came in without much of an idea of what I was looking for and he walked through the whole process with ease. Dodge knows what he is doing- 10/10!

After talking with a service advisor to schedule warranty work and my final (Mitsubishi provided new car purchase) free oil change everything was all set for my wife to show up for the visit. Upon arrival the dealership did a 180 on the free oil change and said the best they can do is a coupon to make it cheaper. Not what was discussed on the phone.
