My wife and I work with Lawrence Merch for her apparel store, she has been using them for years. What we like best about them is even though my wife isnt running a major franchise operation, if feels like they still give us the attention and service they would if we were. They like to remind us that they want us to think of them as part of our team, and really that is true, they definitely are.
