Brought my little girl to the ER last night on Fourth of July around 9:20ish pm , she was clearly upset/crying The lady at the desk in the ER room who does the check ins was rude! Not just to me but to all the patients who came in after me. I understand working in the medical field is stressful and sometimes working long hours or sometimes we all have a bad day but damn!!!! Dirty patient rooms and bathroom. Impossible to get answers from dismissive staff. I had tests done for possible stroke. One test was not read bkz it was the weekend and no one to give proper attention. I was forced to stay another sleepless night bkz the hospital is not properly staffed. I was told three different times that they would be open with a valet parking there as I couldn’t walk very far. It was Saturday and I couldn’t get my blood drawn because they close at noon on a Saturday. I think that’s ridiculous for a big hospital.
Disgusted with this hospital and their emergency room staff. I have been having ongoing documented heart issues since I got my second covid vaccine in 2021. I had to go to this er a bunch of times over the following year for crazy palpitation issues and episodes where my heartbeat would go out of control and I’d get dizzy and almost pass out. Here we are on New Year’s Eve and everything is a nightmare here at LM sure that might be short staffed, but everything is not to code. They have filth everywhere, and the nurse that my daughter has should be fired very unethical administering medication without even telling her what she’s giving her putting an IV in and not even turning it on.
