I absolutely love this clinic and all of the staff. They know me by name when I walk through the door. You can truly tell they care about all of the animals. They are compassionate and friendly. I especially like Dr. Wolf. She takes time to explain everything in a way anyone can understand without sounding condescending (like some other vets Ive been to). Ill never take my animals anywhere else!
I really wish I had read all the negative reviews before I had taken my dog there. (It is the reviews on other sites that I am talking about). I have been terribly worried about my dog. She has a broken leg and while the surgery seemed to go well she does not seem to be getting any better. She has been in a lot of pain (crying). I dropped her off at Woodsprings crying and I picked her up and she was still crying. They told me that she was constipated but did nothing for her. We too have used Dr. Mark for years and loved that he was so flexible, caring and loving to our beloved animal. He also was great in helping us to save money with our animal (telling us OTC meds etc that would work). The problem we have is that as time has progressed, the staff is less and less helpful and it seems like his costs are going up, up, up. We know in this day and age everything is more expensive but, when monthly meds go from \$12 a month to \$35 for the same thing, something is wrong...

Dr. Mark Lawrence is the most caring VET I have ever experienced. Extremely down to earth with bright demeanor. Staff members are just as wonderful and knowledgeable. AAA +++
