I recommend finding a different doctor. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like people need to know how horrible this doctor and office is. I live kind of far from this office text me about 30 minutes to get there . My son’s Appointment was at 12:30pm. We ended up leaving this office around 2:45 Pm today.My last straw with this doctor was today on 7/10/25. Three weeks prior I called them to put an order in for contact lenses for my 10-year-old son, Which costed me almost $300 , mind you they’re just try out contacts .... read more
Dr. Kaufman was patronizing and rude. When I asked a question he was very dismissive and patronizing. I can't believe that he works with children as he has no bedside manner. I asked him if I could do exercises to improve my condition and he said, "You can't do push-ups with your eyes,". I'm not an idiot and I didn't deserve to be spoken to in that way. I don't trust him and I will be seeking a second opinion.
I am writing on behave on my experience on this called DR. Kaufman, I took my baby to check on her vision for her eyes. he give me a diagnostic by telling me my kid need glasses right away if not. she may loose her vision. I took my baby for second opinion and my surprise my kid is not bad as this so called DR. sad. my wife went to confront him about his diagnostic and his answer was it is the same diagnostic. My experience with this Doctor following surgery has been so difficult for me. I wear dark glasses because I cannot look straight at people. I commute to work daily, and work with patients all day. He has never followed up with me. I suspect he knows he screwed up, botched surgery. When I called him about my difficulties following surgery, he commented, the dye has been cast. What kind of human would make such a statement. This guy scares me. Hope I can find a surgeon to correct this condition
