If I could rate zero stars I would! I received an invoice for $735 for 4 months of service! They charged me an additional $200 because my bill was 30 days past due. And I can't even get a hold of anyone to discuss my bill and the questions I have as they double charged me for an appointment, charged me two months in a row for an assessment which wasn't the case.
