Attentive and knowledgeable staff, both medical and administrative.
The staff is great. Very helpful and cordial. The only thing I feel that could be improved is giving more options if they are possible during the conversation. Dr Lawrence is good at explaining a problem. I just would have liked not having to come back to talk about a second procedure option. I should have remembered too to bring it up but it’s more difficult to remember when you’re a patient. Thank you.
