Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived 15 minutes before original appointment and waited nearly three hours without ever seeing the doctor. They checked us in, eventually took us to a nurse for the initial evaluation, and then left us waiting again for the doctor who never showed up. They continue checking in patients even when the office appears to be overbooked and unable to properly accommodate them.
