My experience at this facility was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Out of all the medical practices I’ve visited, this has been the worst. The nurse practitioner, Jonathan, showed no interest in listening to my concerns and continuously made inappropriate jokes, speaking to me as if I were a child. To make matters worse, Dr. Vidal Primeterio joined in, laughing instead of addressing the situation seriously.
