We tried to buy a used car from Ford. Our salesman Ronnie was working with 3 different people and just left us across the street for a long time. I guess after looking lost long enough we get sent off to Kenny. This is the first time I ever tried to negotiate a deal and the dealership wouldn't budge on trade or selling price. The worst part about is they didn't even try to negotiate. First round of negotiations, Kenny shook my hand and said sorry and bye he couldn't get to the numbers in a very dismissive way.
