Kenny was not honest with me about my vehicle. I asked him to do a good walk around before delivery and he said that everything looked good besides a few scratches in the bed. The 2021 F-150 has 30,000 miles and the paint is peeling off in many places. They refuse to help correct this issue and I will not be doing business with them again.
The people were nice, especially while we were there. We had already reached a deal before we got there. Once there, we test drove it in the rain and it drove well. We requested new wipers for the front because the driver's side smeared. Then we noticed that the reversible cargo mat described in the ad was missing - they went to check on it, then basically said oh well.
