Excellent service fast and friendly
I got a great deal, but the customer service I received was less than stellar. Keith didn’t even want to talk to me, only to my husband. He didn’t introduce himself to me or even act like I was there even though I was the one buying the vehicle. I bought the suburban, he tells me that he will order another remote because there was only one. We went and talked to Joe and he was awesome. Didn’t really even plan on being able to get a new truck but he made it happen very quick and painless. He was not pushy at all and was very respectful towards our wishes and shown several times that he had our best interest at heart. We will be doing our business with them and Joe for as long as we can!!
I have never been happier with my purchase of a vehicle. Charles worked with us and his communication and honestly was BEYOND what I ever expected. The easiest transaction on a vehicle by far. I had contacted. Charles Dugat on this F250 and wanted to do a trade....within a few days we had a new vehicle in our possession. There were a few factory recalls on the vehicle as well as a bad APIM module on the radio but all was handled by my local dealership within a few days after diagnostics. Thanks Lawrence Hall!
