I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
