I want to thank Zack at Lawrence Hospital Physical Therapy Department at Andover/ North Andover YMCA for diagnosing and developing a PT exercise program for my shoulder! The program was great and helped me decrease my shoulder pain and increase functional muscle strength! Zack answered all my questions and made it easy for me to be successful! I chose LGH Outpatient Rehab @YMCA for the location but also for the first impression of the staff when I called to ask if they were accepting a new patient, which was very friendly and helpful. I have had a bad leg injury and surgery and lost so much moblity, so I was a bit nervous about starting outpatient PT, but my therapist, Zach, made it so comfortable already at the initial evaluation.
