this surgeon actively blocked my care and cancelled the appointments i had with other surgeons. i have needed 7 surgeries in 3 years because of his overly aggressive surgery destroying everything in its wake. i am so sorry i met him and so sorry i sought care at columbia. this was THE worst tragic mistake of my life. a surgeon who sees money and fame in surgery instead of healing is not a person that should be allowed to operate. the hospital needs an oversight committee for his cases.
Destroyed my career and ability to walk. Ignored pain, broke healthy vertebrae with cobalt rods which are poisoning me. I have to get 4 broken rods removed or I’m A paraplegic. He is a big Money maker, not a physician, does not care about his patients. Dismissive. . I pray his license is revoked. Seriously bad man but nyp protects him because he’s a big earner.
