How can all the doctors be on vacation the same week and you don't have nobody to attend an emergency appointment? That's its just crazy and really bad customer service.
Treat your patients as responsible adults. I know when I make an appointment, I keep it. I have never missed an appointment and if I ever needed to reschedule I am responsible enough to call you to reschedule. My cleaning appointment was canceled because I didn't call you back to confirm. I confirmed the day I made the appointment.
What a great experience!From the lovely receptionists thru the entire staff of professionals,I was educated about the merits of implants vs.dentures and their help accessing the proper insurance etc. made it all possible.Dr. Jawidi and Babak were very patient and kind,allaying all fears and it was clear that that perfecting my smile and ability to properly chew were paramount.I love my implants and am so happy I found them.I've been back for a few adjustments which are normal and am always accomodated with the same great pat... read more

The are so kind. Very quick and efficient as well, which was greatly appreciated. Talked me through every step to calm me down. They take great care of their patients there. Have had a few different procedures from a few different specialists. Everyone there is so nice
