While I was trying to find the parts for my machine I reached difficulty with equipment company parts people who did not want to be bothered with my parts that were hard to get. After dealing with Grayson Fortney at Excel equipment he went the extra mile and searched out the parts and found them and even saved us money on the exorbitant cost. His positive attitude was refreshing since he went the extra mile so we plan on using Excel for our parts needs and equipment needs in the future
Excellent staff, notably the professionalism and willingness to happily help with all services needed. On most recent visits John East was extremely helpful and is a great asset to the team there.
