Worst offices experiences I’ve ever had since Optum acquired it. Had Dr. Wong until recently as primary doctor for decades but refuse to go back with obnoxious unskilled Optum staff.
Dr. Wong was my doctor for 10 years. Ever since his practice was acquired by Optum, they have become the worst office I have ever been to. Dr. Wong himself is fine. The employees don't know how to use their new software "Epic". The wait time can be months. If you don't plan being sick in advance they will just tell you to go to Urgent Care. Optum sends you bills that were not disclosed in the office. Every time I leave I have to corner one of the frost desk people and make them check 3 times to make sure I don't owe any more... read more
Just had an appointment with Dr. Wong. He was incredibly kind and spent a great amount of time listening to my concerns. I appreciate Dr. Wong very much.
Absolutely terrible. No care, zero compassion for their patients.
