I emailed this office requesting an appointment. The response I received was very disappointing especially considering the specialty I was seeking. I was essentially told that Dr. Costello is not accepting new patients and neither is another doctor, who I assume is in the same practice. I was then thanked for considering their practice. I am not in dire need of mental health therapy but I know there are other individuals who may not be in a good place and where it may take a bit of effort to reach out for help...I know it to... read more
