This disrespectful company is moving one million cubic yards of dirt through the residential area of Sterling Ranch instead of using HW 85 which is right by their project. A "side dump" truck holds at most 30 yards which means ~30,000 trips by my house. These people disgust me, the rudeness and stupidity of this company is in believable.

Thanks for almost getting me killed this weekend for your lack of visible lane markings near your Durango death trap. Your road project is utterly reckless, and I don't need to nearly die just from trying to to get from one end of town to the next. I saw the cops actually did something about since they made you put up cones. Just pathetic, utterly ridiculous and unsafe.
They are not a very good road construction company. I have seen many mistakes with the 550 project. Way over time. Strong arming homeowners into changing what CDOT had agreed to. Property flooding, access problems, and failed to meet expectations. Their guy Juan is a joke. And not sure how he even has a job as high up as he does when he doesn't know how to address a homeowner. CDOT has some blame in not holding Lawerance and the multiple leadership changes accountable.
