Dr. Kaylee Watson saw my elderly mother on short notice and was very attentive and patient, best of all she removed all the irritating eyelashes. Excellent service and will be our go-to!
Confirmed patient. This office has dubious Billing practices that are opaque. The woman in charge of billing is condescending and rude. I CANNOT IN ALL CONSCIENCE RECOMMEND THIS OPTOMETRIST OFFICE. SPECIFICALLY DUE TO THEIR QUESTIONABLE BILLING PRACTICES. BEWARE OF THEM BEFORE YOU ENTRUST THIS OFFICE WITH YOUR EYE-CARE.
Just talked to Watson office- inquired about Oakley single vision lens for my Oakley frame Oakley told me to contact them- they told me $185- I gave them the prescription info- then they called me back telling me they had to do something with Oakley that they were not clear in expressing to me- I filed a grievance against LensCrafters who first told me $219 then jacked the price to $487- Anthem contacted Watson saying I complained about them- I DID NOT!
