Pinacle Property Group is the worst in all of Greenbelt! A former resident and I’m so happy I moved and never looking back. The property manager is nonexistent and the guy working for her in the office is useless, unless he’s putting late rent notices on residents door. They don’t have proper trash management and it’s literally in the building, maintenance is a complete joke, they have roaches, mice and rats and so does their other property Parkway Apartments, which a good friend of mine’s lives and is dealing with the same ... read more
