Jackie and her team were absolutely fantastic. I popped in to get my nosepads on my lindbergs replaced and was absolutely amazed that they did not charge me a penny even though I am not a regular customer. The gentleman even offered some sweets! If i was local to this area I would definitely be coming here for regular eye checks as no doubt their eye test service would be first class

I have been coming here for about 5 years and have enough of a basis to compare. The service here is the best that I have ever experienced. Dr Phillips uses the latest technology and provides thorough exams. He uses an retinal scanner instead of using eye drops to dilate the pupils. This is a far superior experience, as there is no recovery time needed. He reviews the image with me afterwards. Brattle Sq Optical charges $35 for this scanner service, which is standard, and worth it in my opinion. The other staff are also amaz... read more
