I know a lot of people really like Dr. Carcelli, but my experience wasn't good. He subscribes to the theory that psychological problems are caused by negative experiences at infancy, and cured by connecting with people (relational psychoanalysis, I think). He believes that cognitive behavioral therapy, wherein one counters negative thoughts with realistic thoughts, is superficial. If that rings true for you, Dr. Carcelli won't be too bad.
