This place needs a manager that does their job. From what I saw and heard they do not get repairs done before letting someone move in. I’m not mentioning the persons name due to a possible retaliation.
Well kept up. They have upstairs and floor apartments. If something needs to be fixed they get on it as soon as possible (At) times they have to be reminded as they have a lot of apartments to care for so its understandable.
Ms. Sweet First of all is a terrible manager, rude, and will walk into your house without a notice. She treated us like she was better than everyone else, and was not accommodating at all. We left our apartment cleaner than when we arrived, and she took half our deposit for no reason. They wouldn't fix our refrigerator when we were there, and had to keep a container inside to catch the defrosted water dripping from the freezer. This place isn't even worth the one star review. These apartments are listed under corporate housing so the prices on them are fairly high to begin with. Getting help when something goes wrong doesn't seem to be a problem until you realize they don't actually fixed the issue and it continues to be one. Also management particularly mrs sweet, assumed even though you pay such a high amount that they're welcome to barge in as soon as they knock. We have no issues letting management in but the stove was on and our dogs were out, we asked for just a minute to get things situate... read more
