Overall I didn’t have an awful time renting from this company. The apartment was low quality as expected in a college town but maintenance was quick to come any time there was an issue. The rates are higher than anticipated and they charge suspiciously high amounts for utilities that are in company’s name. They’re very responsive and easy to communicate! This company is probably one of the worst to rent from in Bowling green from my experience. They don’t do upkeep on the property at all mow grass maybe once every couple months don’t trim bushes at all let them over grow until it’s time for a new tenant then they will do it. People in the offices are rude and uncaring when you need something.would not recommend.
