I don’t usually write reviews, but after this experience, I feel obligated to share what happened. We scheduled our first lawn service for May 2, and no one showed up. After multiple cancellations and reschedules by the company, our lawn went nearly three weeks without service. Because of their delays, the grass grew 1–2 feet high. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to charge us $400–$500 for one cut, without even including cleanup. The only reason for the 2 stars is because of the quick customer service response to "fix" the issue. Lawnstarter is a broker. They have third party lawn care companies to complete services. Quality control is low because if there is an issue lawnstarter sends a different company to be your "lawn pro". I had 5 different pros and 2 were rude. I wasn't happy with the result of my service. A pro has failed to cut the back yard of one of my properties dating back to June. I have since received over $1000 in fines. Lawn starter is refusing to reimburse any of the previous services that were completed. They will be hearing from legal council due to breach of contract.
