literally the scammiest app around (and that's saying something). provided no recourse for property damage, no guarantee that anyone will actually show up when the app says they will, and then they'll charge you a long grass fee even though they are the ones who postponed the service. support offers no help at all.
scam charging me to cut snow in Michigan and site wont let you cancel. Lawnstarter said they have strict policy of cutting lawn. Lawnstarter also is putting fake pictures on our portal.
No one shows up to cut the lawn, but you get charger. Lawn is covered in snow, yet they "cut my law" and chaged me for it. Company takes zero responsibility in the poeple they provide to cut the lawn. Service they provide make it feel like its a SCAM operation.
Signing up as a contractor is BS. They say you can $1000 a week. Only 2 jobs on the map. One for $28 and the other is a quote.
Please stay away from getting fooled! Worst experience! Very unprofessional! Waste of time. Nobody showed on the day of appointment after waiting for two hours and then after one hour, we get a text that the lawn has been mowed. When we go to our property the next day we see nothing has been cut which is so funny and ridiculous at the same time and then get charged for the service which is never done!
