Great communication, Tyler was very professional and polite! I’m really happy with the service! They did a great job cutting my grass and were super communicative from start to finish. I really appreciated the updates It’s nice to find someone who takes pride in their work and keeps you in the loop. I’d definitely recommend them!
I contacted this company last week, because I needed service done at my home. Just a simple Lawn Mowing service. Poor communication and always late. The Lawn Care Pro wouldn’t even tell me they weren’t coming—I had to reach out to them to find out. There has not been one service that they did not have to reschedule. Paying too much for them to reschedule AND not even communicate it ahead of time. Only giving this two stars because the lawn looked good after servicing. Had 4 sessions done.
