Every LawnStarter pro I spoke with tried to convince me to sign up with them individually instead of going through LawnStarter. They also apply long grass fees if any part (not most) of the lawn is over 6", even though the fee is not used for anything special (no special tools or equipment, no other precautions taken by the mower).
