Good service, no issues with gilbert. Always on time and lawn looks great
We have scheduled two services for summer 2025 so far. The first service was rescheduled 6 times and, after roughly 10 calls, delivered with over one week delay. The second service has been rescheduled 5 times so far, with two weeks delay already, and we are in about the 15th call with Lawnstarter. UPDATE: after another five phone calls and two rounds of rescheduling, now they are trying to reschedule our service for September1 to Sep. 29, four weeks of delay. Absolutely the WORST PLATFORM WITH NO CREDIBILITY. NEVER USE IT!
Lawn starter has never made any of the scheduled appointments. Charged me for a September appointment that no one ever showed up for. I tried canceling their services but was told I had to download the app to do so but the app would not allow me to cancel. every appointment was missed or rescheduled without prior notification (or very limited notification). Horrible company. They will only come out when they can mow your yard and a neighbors yard. They won’t mow on your schedule and they will lie to you and make excuses about why they can’t mow.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had to deal with. Multiple no call/no shows and disrespectful administrative staff and clerks. For anyone who reads this, be advised they contract their work out and they are completely unreliable.
