I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. A lawn technician from this company cut the wires around my air conditioning unit while weed-eating. I called customer service and was told to email my invoice and photos to the address they provided. I did—but the email bounced back, saying it was an outgoing-only address. When I called again, they told me to upload the information through an app they would send, but the app didn’t work. Very easy to reschedule as needed and the job is always done well
Dependable and high quality service. I was very impressed with the work and also the communication. My backyard needed a bit of an explanation and the app made for easy communication. The work has been consistently, good and on time with each service.
