A couple of hours after me setting up a new account and adding my card information on their app, I had a fraudulent charge to my card which never happens. I called to talk to them about it and they hung up on me when they said they were going to look into it. The app is bare bones, so I’m not sure what kind of protections it has on it. Putting this on here just in case anybody experiences the same. This is not a local lawn service. This company provides the service of finding the lawn service for you and arranging a time.
Chris was AMAZING. Communicating everything perfectly.
Xavier did a fantastic job. I appreciate the prompt service on such short notice and the follow through to service on the scheduled date. The young man who usually mows was unable to do so and the other he recommended took too long to respond. I found Lawnstarter through a search and I am glad I did. They took care of me on short notice and answered my questions as well as followed up with my scheduled lawn pro when I couldn’t speak with him myself. Highly recommend their services, especially on short notice!
We are very pleased with Lawn Starter and the pro we were assigned, Scott. He is very reliable and is easy to communicate with. Scott does the lawn mowing quickly and takes care to make sure debris is cleared off. We would highly recommend Lawn Starter for your lawn care needs.
