Lived here for 2 years and it was mostly good except some frustrating experiences with move out. Pros: - good location close to the metro - spacious units - nice gym that isn’t usually too crowded - maintenance requests were always completed quickly - no pest problems Cons: - communication with leasing and front desk is inconsistent. 5 year update: I have been living here for past five years and I must say It is an amazing experience living here. The living standard has only improved each year. Hats off to the Management and Maintenance crew. Pretty impressed with the office, front desk and Maintenance staff. I have never seen a better Maintenance crew of all the places I have lived in.
