Scheduled initial service to have leaves picked up and bagged. Actual service came out to mow grass with no raking or bagging leaves. Went to customer service and they were unhelpful mentioning expectations of the service; when they didn’t live up to the initial quote. Cancelled my service, highly recommend not using this company. Communication and quality are lacking.
Damaged my house
The first cut was exceptional. My second week the crew came out and literally pushed the mower while the other gentleman used the blower behind him to make it appear as if the mower was on. When I called to address the problem, I was confirmed a new crew would arrive, adjusted my schedule to be here, and a NO CALL NO SHOW. I was charged for a no call no show. I even provided emails where I was confirmed but they have yet to refund or provide explanation. Please stay away from this company.
Terrible service. Lied about providing service twice. Would not recommend me this at all unless you like giving your money away.
