Never finished the job. Left a giant pile of leaves, sticks everywhere. At first they agreed it was unacceptable and would send someone out the next day. Nobody ever came and when we called back they refused to come back and finish. Terrible customer service.
I have used this service thinking my work was being completed for property out of state and it wasn’t being completed. I’ve requested a refund and have not received a response. The county issued fines due to yard not being properly maintained.
If you are considering this landscaping company, please be aware that they operate remotely with virtual assistants located outside the country. In our experience, this setup has caused serious accountability issues. One of our properties was damaged and the company has refused to take responsibility. Will never buy services from this company. Besides all of the reviews on BBB and Google and google play, this company had the most aggressive sales approach I have ever seen. No. No. No. Never. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
