DO NOT USE THEM. I have the desired grass height in my profile and it has been there since I opened the account. I also message each pro before they come with the height. Not once or twice but 3 times with 2 different "pros" cut it too short. The last 1 actually scalped it and did a bush trimming that I canceled in the app. My St Augustine grass is in shock right now and they won't do anything about it. No refund. No restoration..... I am getting my house ready to put on the market. So I think it's a good idea to hire a lawn service so I won't have to worry about the lawn. I log on to Thumbtack to find a service. I get Lawnstarter. I sign up for every two weeks. Great job. One week later I get notice they are coming again, so I call tell them "I signed up for every other week and it's been one" so she wrote that I canceled because the lawn didn't need it. Never finished the job. Left a giant pile of leaves, sticks everywhere. At first they agreed it was unacceptable and would send someone out the next day. Nobody ever came and when we called back they refused to come back and finish. Terrible customer service.

I have used this service thinking my work was being completed for property out of state and it wasn’t being completed. I’ve requested a refund and have not received a response. The county issued fines due to yard not being properly maintained.
