I am rating LawnSouth 4 stars ONLY because of our current manager, Jackson Martinez. He is GREAT. BEFORE HE CAME, we were dissatisfied with LawnSouth, who acquired our old provider — didn’t do the minimal work we requested (and were paying for) didn’t plant our spring flowers until mid June (despite promising them in April and billing us weeks before they were planted), and managed to turf our entire lawn by mowing it when wet. Avoid this company! They don’t show up every week as they should. They don’t perform the services they bill for. They only cut my back yard once in the past four months. They don’t even show up at all half the time. Repeated calls to the office went unanswered. Voice messages were not returned. When I finally did make contact, there was no follow up. I have canceled my service.
Well, it seems Terry Craft sold Lawn South. I have been trying to meet with someone about my lawn for many weeks but they will never call back. Customer Service is non-existent. No one even answers the phone. On top of that, they seem to have killed my grass over the last year. If they fix this, I will update.
Always enjoy working with the LawnSouth team! Highly recommend to anyone look for maintenance services.
