After years with them, they just announced a price hike from $230 to $300 a month! For mowing a small lawn! I don't understand why they'd do something so hostile and anti-customer. I canceled.
Good customer service. Navigated slight delays to meet desired timeline. Completed service as agreed at a manageable cost. Jackson Martinez, project manager, was very helpful and responsive. LawnSouth bought the previous business I had worked with. While "the jury" is still out on how quality service and work will evolve, this project was done well. (I include last statement for context since experience is limited to 2 recent projects.)
The service is very thorough and they are responsive to special requests. I love the way they "suck up" the leaves in a machine as I have many oak trees in my yard and the Fall season is an absolute deluge of leaves. I love this service!
Used to be a good company. This year was all about bad quality service, terrible customer care, terrible communications, etc. Do yourself a favor and have someone else to take care of your lawn.
