DJ was friendly, punctual and professional - thank you!
Slippery pricing (the estimate kept ballooning with no explanation), and when Ali came out, he was so incredibly rude and short. They charge quite a lot to basically do no work. Completely regret spending a minute with them. EDIT: just to follow up on the response, Ali definitely has no personal skills and I don’t for a second believe he can communicate with any human effectively. The company is delusional to believe he’s the best customer facing person they can hire.
Zohar was polite and attentive to treating the edges of the property for weeds. First time using this company.
