I would never recommend this company. They should not be allowed to be in business. The come out to your house, distroy your property, and then deny. They don't stand behind their shoddy work and really just a bad terrible business. If you get the total lawn care for a year, you're really screwed. In the winter there is nothing for them to do, so they don't and still charge you. They were suppose to be doing my flower beds and I wasn't suppose to be home this 1 winter but I was home. Agree with the previous poster. Had a similar experience. The most un-professional company I have ever dealt with - unreliable, and zero customer-service skills. If you choose this company, read their contract very carefully before signing - it's very difficult to get out of the service contract without losing money.

Stay away from these people. After a year of service, they missed a yard treatment in August. When we called them, they insisted they had been there. We had been home all day, and they were not. They treated me over the phone as though I was trying to cheat them. They said they would do a courtesy treatment on Tuesday. When they did not show up, we called again. He told me he did not say he would be there on Tuesday. Then he cancelled my contract (paid 1 year in advance), and will not refund the 3 treatments I did not receiv... read more
