Great job today weeding and cleaning out my gardens! I didn't know who to call, so I googled and found this company. I called them based on their great reviews. Kevin responded immediately and communicated with me prior to our appointment date. Prompt phone call and email returns. I was sent an estimate to approve via email. Organized, professional, pleasant personnel and my gardens look clean, neat and fresh once again!
I called this company on 8/30/22. spoke with Kevin who said he would be out to give me an estimate on work I wanted done. Laying down some sod. After reading all the reviews I figured his company was a good bet. Numerous text messages saying yes I'll be there but no time or day when asked. Needless to say but saying it anyway, not the way I would do business. Evidently not interested. Used someone else and within a week the job was done...
My regular lawn guy retired so I was looking for a new company. I called lawn service after lawn service and they all either went to voice-mail or voice-mail was full. After a few days without hearing from anyone I then found Lawns Done Right on google maps and Kevin answered right away, gave me a fair price and helped me schedule a cut right away. They came out quickly and did a great job.
Dont use or work for this company. From my experience they do not operate on a professional level. Kevin lacks punctuality. Shows up to shop hours after he tells his employees to be there. He hires employees without asking to provide identification and does not pay accordingly. When confronted about things, Kevin is unprofessional over private messages unlike on these reviews. 0 Stars.
