Absolutely amazing products BUT unconcernedly customer service. I lost above $600 worth of order and booked jobs worth more than $1800 because of order was left unattended and gone missing. I have always bought and used their products for my clients and never had this missing order in the past. Lawnpride customer care representative spoke offhandedly, providing a photo by the courier when delivered making it clear I had no say in the matter.
