Will never visit this place again. They have not been pleasant to work with at all. The only reason we went back was because we took both our lawn mowers in before spring hit, which was a riding lawn mower and a regular. Cost about $700!!! Not to mention they had our mower for about a month and a half. Get the mowers back and we still had snow and rain until May so we didn't even mow our grass until mid May. 6/1/2013 Business is closed. Sign on door says owner retired and sold business. Website is still active - you would think they would update the site so people won't stop by for a repair. Just and FYI to everyone.

Deceptive business. I reside in Draper, UT and have had very pleasant experiences with small businesses in the area over the last 5 years. Lawnmower Hospital is the exception. The short version of the story is that recently (November 2012) they took my snowblower in for warranty work. Once they determined the repairs were not covered under warranty they suddenly wanted a hostage fee prior to releasing my equipment back to me. The staff was hostile, unpleasant and unprofessional. This place really knows their stuff, my lawn tractor had serious electrical issues and they were able to make it run the way it should have, and quickly too!

They are no longer located on State Street. The new store is supposed to be on Redwood, but I couldn't seem to find it.
