I selected the Premium Organic program from LawnMark. I've never been more disappointed in a service and my lawn has never looked worse. I realize it was tough during the early summer months with high heat and drought. But my lawn is on an irrigation system and I watered enough to actually grow mushrooms. I kept informing LawnMark about the issues with browning, weeds and crabgrass...they only came out one time to treat the weeds even though they say its unlimited. Just hired this service, haven't had any service yet. There should be a "unknown" when asking of work quality. Not right to rate them in this if the service hasn't started yet.
Company s environmental thoughts were a big part of my decision. Safe chemicals are a very important and communication has been superb.
Very easy to deal with. Very prompt and professional in their service delivery.
They came when they said and did a good job
Very kind customer service, and I like knowing that I can trust what they put on my lawn is safe. They are knowledgeable about their products and understand how to keep a lawn healthy without endangering wildlife, pets, and kids.
Make sure you get their quote in writing so there is no misunderstanding!
They have been great in communications and relaying information to prepare if necessary for the service they will be performing. This is customer service at its best
