DO NOT USE! THEY SLAM CUSTOMERS!!! I contacted Lawn Lab for a quote of possible service. The front office decided to activate my estimate as an active account for service without my approval or knowledge. Weeks later I received an email invoice that payment was due for services provided. I did not authorize service, Lawn Lab did not call me to confirm, email, or text me of any such scheduled service.
