I hired Lawn Guru expecting professional service, but their provider did a sloppy job, leaving behind two full 13-gallon bags of debris that I had to clean up myself. I sent photos of the cleanup to Lawn Guru as proof, yet they ignored the evidence and refused to acknowledge their mistake. I was charged the regular price, and my receipt reflected that. the worst service ever! I hired them for snow removal and last time the snow stopped at noon and they didn't,t show up I called them by 3 o'clock they said will be there in 1 hour but they come after 9 pm. they are un-responsible and they didn't even clean the driveway well. never do service with them again. don't waste your money.

Stay Away. What a horrible and expensive experience. They sent someone named "Brandy M" to do my lawn while traveling for work. This company left 1/4 of my lawn uncut. When I complained, sent pictures showing the part they missed they told me I was outside the window to address issues. Aja I was traveling that's why I used them. Stay away. Bad service, no follow through and no protections for customers.

The only reason lawn guru gets a 1star is because they sent a contractor out quickly everything else about the experience was a nightmare. We were in need of snow removal, the contractor sent did a poor job removing the snow, ripped up the lawn and damaged sprinkler heads and for this we got to overpay. Customer service would do nothing. BUYER BEWARE, it’s a crap shoot as to who gets sent out so if you want to overpay and have poor work done call lawn guru.

received a quote and submitted photos and accepted the quote. When the guy came out, he wanted almost twice as much so I cancelled. I was charged anyway and was told it would take a few days to get a refund. I complained on the Facebook sites and the accused me of scamming them. Rude and terrible customer service. I've had my lawn cut through them for a couple of year but no more. I'm done with them.
