Was an honest apartment complex. When I lost my job and couldn't pay rent anymore, I told the landlord and left the apartment clean. I didn't get a "ding" on my credit because he was fair and was able to rent it without a loss of revenue. If I ever moved back to Houston, I would rent here. There is even a non denomination Church here and we all need Jesus in our lives.
