Very slow I was stuck to my chair don't come here I had to wait 7 hours smelled like weed 🤢
Worst place to go, specially if you don’t speak English. Front desk check in “supervisor” and person answer the phones. They will have you wait 4 hours before they tell you they can’t help you. According to them, it’s not their job to let people know they’re behind on appointments. Do not go to this facility. Very poor customer service, management, supervision. Antema Acosta presented herself as the manager and the supervisor said her name was “Karen” and would not provide her last name.
The worse place to schedule an appointment at. The girl at the front desk looks miserable and horrible attitude.
Had a 9:30 Appointment. Made it to the back b4 10. Didn’t mind the wait cause realistically your going to have to WAIT. X-rays and the numbing process was done within 30 mins. They let u sit for a lil bit for it to kick it, was was literally like instantly for myself ☺️. & the dentist who extracted my two wisdom THANK YOU SO MUCH was a Breeze, one tooth put up a lil fight but he didn’t let it defeat him AND SHOUT OUT TO THE ASSISTANT THANK BOTH OF YOU GUYS
Accompanying my MIL here was a nightmare. The receptionist dispite her best efforts to misread MIL last name, had to be told by the other receptionist that she needed to look up my MIL first name to indeed find the appointment that she was so sure we didn't make. They were rude, like they didn't want to help or be there. When we had to fill out some paperwork they gave us, they apparently didn't give it to the dr who seen MIL since she was confused on why or what my MIL needed done.
