This place is now Trash. I used to come here a lot, got a great guitar here. Security dudes been there for a while and he's cool as hell. This used to be a dope place to come and buy used instruments and music gear, they barely sell anything now. They've apparently hired people who don't know anything about the 30 items they have available and don't seem interested in customer service. I found the folks working here to be very kind and professional. They offered fair prices for my items. You have to understand that they are a business and will probably offer 70-90% of an item's actual value. But yeah, super friendly people and will definitely be coming back!
Do not do business here.They will steal from you, and they will lie to you or withhold information from you so that they get one over on you. I came in with a lot of scrap silver, unaware of the weight or value and was told they could only give me $200 which I accepted, believing in good faith that they were being honest, and they didn't tell me that they only give a percentage of the value of scrap Silver.
